Do you sell new items on Wisetek Store?
Along with refurbished items, Wisetek Store sells New and New in Box (NIB) items. These details will be designated within the product listing to show whether the item is New, new in Box or Refurbished (Excellent, Very Good, Good). All accessories are New.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Is there a standard warranty on my purchase?
Yes, we offer a standard 12-month repair warranty on your Wisetek Store devices, free of charge. Please note, accessories are not covered under Wisetek Stores warranty but may include a manufacturer's warranty.
Wisetek Store offers a 14-day free returns policy. If you are unhappy with your item within 14 days of receiving it, we can offer a replacement device or a full refund. If you are returning your item outside of the 14 day free returns, our engineers will verify the device before offering a replacement device or a full refund.
Should you wish to return a product for repair, replacement or refund, please log in to your account, open your order and select the Request a replacement or a refund button. If you don't have an account, you will need to register with the email address you used to place your order with us.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
