How do I create an account on Wisetek Market?

To create an account on Wisetek Market: on our website, select the user icon dropdown on the top right and select Register.Here you will need to input your information, create your unique password and select the Register button.

How do I reset my password for my account?

To reset your password for your Wisetek Market account: selectForgot your password? on the sign-in page. A link will be sent to your email address to allow you to reset your password.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Wisetek Market, click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. If you wish to unsubscribe but you are having trouble doing so, please contact us directly at support@wisetekstore.com and we will remove you from our mailing list. 

You can choose to opt-in again at any point if you wish to do so.

What does refurbished mean?

A refurbished device is one that has been tested, repaired, and cleaned to ensure that the device functions like new. Only established sellers with the professional experience to test, repair, and replace parts can define their electronic goods as being refurbished or refurbed.

What are the benefits of buying refurbished electronics?

There are two key benefits to purchasing a refurbished device over a brand-new device.  

  • A refurbished device can cost significantly less than its brand-new equivalent

Is there a conditions guide for refurbished items?

Yes, at Wisetek Market we grade the condition of each device using our unique grading scale which describes the cosmetic condition of each device sold on wisetekstore.com. Our conditions are as follows: New, New in box, Excellent, Very good and Good. See Conditions Guide for more information. 

Do you sell new items on Wisetek Market?

Along with refurbished items, Wisetek Market sells New and New in Box (NIB) items. These details will be designated within the product listing to show whether the item is New, new in Box or Refurbished (Excellent, Very Good, Good). All accessories are New. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accepts payments from all major credit cards.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes. We will email discount codes occasionally to our subscribers to use on their purchase. To subscribe, signup to the newsletter below.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Is there a standard warranty on my purchase?

Yes, we offer a standard 12-month repair warranty on your Wisetek Market devices, free of charge. Please note, accessories are not covered under Wisetek Market warranty but may include a manufacturer's warranty.

Can I add an extended warranty?

Yes. You have the option to add a 2 years extended warranty or a 3 years extended warranty to your device(s). All devices (accessories not included) come with a free 12-month warranty.

What is your return policy?

Wisetek Market offers a 30-day free returns policy. If you are unhappy with your item within 30 days of receiving it, we can offer a replacement device or a full refund. If you are returning your item outside of the 30 day free returns, our engineers will verify the device before offering a replacement device or a full refund.

How do I return my item?

Should you wish to return a product for repair, replacement or refund, please log in to your account, open your order and select the Request a replacement or a refund button. If you don't have an account, you will need to register with the email address you used to place your order with us.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, all Wisetek Market customers have a 30 day right to return if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

Your package will be shipped from the Wisetek Market facility within 48 hours of your order being processed.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your purchase.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, log in to your Wisetek Market account here and select Orders. You will be able to review your tracking details under Status.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is 100% recyclable. 

Please note that New in Box items and accessories will in most instances be packaged in the manufacturer's original packaging.
